When considering a PPO for your group, you need to know specific information about our coverage in your area. Our Account Managers will work with you to provide detailed information concerning different aspects of our network. The most efficient way to obtain information specific to your client, is to email your request to marketinginfo@ppoplus.com. If you prefer to receive more personalized service please call our marketing department at 888-965-1180 ext. 4494. RFP Request If you are working with a group or company and would like to consider PPOplus, please email your Request For Proposal (RFP) to marketinginfo@ppoplus.com. We will be more than happy to send the information you need as quickly as possible. Also, feel free to call us at 888-965-1180 ext. 4494 with any questions or comments you might have. Geo Request If you are working with a group or company and would like a GeoAccess Report, you may fill out the GeoAccess Request Form provided and fax or email it with the group census to Sales & Marketing at 504-566-9509. If you prefer, you may simply email us requesting the information you would like included in the GeoAccess Report along with the group census.
